    May Day Mystery

What a great way to celebrate the 1st of May.
I had a great time, one old time partner(token member of the "old guy club")
and one new partner who I'm afraid has an uncontrollable, new found, passion for canyons, I enjoyed the trip with both of them.

I also learned that some people are deathly afraid of large canyon SPIDERS.

That spider was ready to eat my leg off!! I still have hee-bee-gee-bees. All night I felt spider webs on me. Ridiculous fear to have.

So much fun and yes I am addicted. Thanks for letting me share a canyon with you both.

Win--we missed you for sure, just be warned--I don't give up easily.

Yea, Tom, I did fail at that. I will say--there was a sparkle in them there eyes when she splashed down in the river too.......

You'll also notice she was the rigger on many rappels and had the "fun" of lowering me on a contingency set up.

    I tell ya--I think she's hooked.....

Very nice. It's a fun one. Makes me want to get out there and rip thru it again. Perhaps during the Bogleyfest.

I would have to agree. It was a great time! Water wasnt too cold and the weather was perfect! But word of warning: Oscars and an evening ab workout should not go together!

Sure looks like y'all had a fine day out there! Wish it wasn't a 12hr drive from here or I would have been all over that extra slot on your permit
