    Goblin Valley Help

I have a trip planned this weekend for Goblin Valley. I am taking my 3 boys ages 5 to 9. We are planning on hiking Little Wild Horse but I am not to sure of the weather, the forcast looks like it could rain. How bad is the canyon when it rains? Just looking for a little direction as I have never been there before. Just looking for opinions on which way to go as cancel the trip or give it a go and see what it's like. We have had this planned for a while so I believe my wife wants me to take them if not Goblin Valley somewhere. (I think she was looking forward to a relaxing weekend with the boys running around). Any insight would be great. Thanks

Goblin Valley is a playground for kids of all ages, it would be easy to spend a day doing nothing but exploring the place.

As for LWH I wouldn't be too concerned about rain, unless its raining hard right on top of you or just north of you. The narrows are short and safety is never far away, just use some good commonsense.

If it is raining in LWH there is lots of other fun things to do in the same general area. Checkout the items listed under Family Fun and Weekend Warrior.

    Anyhoo.... that's my 2 cents.
