Karl Malone Jr to play for LSU

SALT LAKE CITY -- The son of Utah Jazz great Karl Malone has committed to play at LSU.

But Karl Malone Jr. (who goes by KJ) isn't playing basketball. Even though he is built solid like his dad, this Malone, all 6 feet 4 inches, 290 pounds of him, will play offensive line for Les Miles.

So "little" Malone, who plays for Cedar Creek School in Ruston, La. didn't quite get his dad's height, but he certainly got his dad's mean streak.

It makes you wonder if it's Isiah Thomas' son on the other side of the line of scrimmage.

Karl Malone, he likes grits. KJ, well, he likes pancakes!

Doesn't look like KJ missed many meals.

I'm just curious where the RG signed. In HS football your RG is your best guard.

Probably the only college program that pays better is USC.
