    Wish Utah allowed such types of debauchery (lottery, not sure $640 million is enough to party at Sheen's level).

    I bought 5 bucks worth. I'll buy a pad around St. George, load up on kickass toys, travel the world (many times) and live the rest of my days on permanent vacation. I won't get bored, believe me...In regards to charity, I'd set up wounded warriors. Anyone that has sacrificed a body part on my behalf deserves big payback. Good luck to me!!!!
