    It was beautiful yesterday. I got out and did a loop with some friend on our beemers. Not quite as much exercise though. Nice run.

    If you like running in that area their is a race called the Timp Trail Marathon and Half Marathon that starts and ends at that park. I believe it is run in May. They have several aid stations and it is a great run. I did the marathon last year and had a great time.
