    Marlboro Point Sunrise

    I was up at 4am this morning so that I could make it to Marlboro Point before sunrise. With storms moving through the area today I was hoping for a colorful sunrise. I wasn't let down. As I drove out to the point, the eastern sky started to turn a dark pink on the horizon. There was a small sliver of sky open just above the horizon to let some light through. Shortly after reaching Marlboro Point and setting up my camera the light show really started.

    Yeah, I think I e-mailed you about this spot awhile back thru your own site. Thanks for the 411. I got so far and the wife said "turn around". The Tribeca was fine, but our lil guy about a 6 months old at the time and she "didn't want to get stuck". I'll get there. :)

    Another visit to Marlboro Point

    In March 2012 I took the chance to visti Marlboro Point at sunrise. It is a real gorgeous spot and I took lot of pictures. You can read my report on the visiti to Marlboro Point and you will find many more pictures from my visit at this site.

    Very nice! I will have to add the location to my list. You might try lightening the midground just a little. It may not look right but just an idea.
