Got out on another run Thursday night. It hovered right around 30 degrees, so I bundled up with gloves, but it wasn't quite cold enough for a hat. Trying out my new technique of running on the balls of my feet proved well worth it, with no knee aches to speak of. Letting the calf and the Achilles heel do the work they were meant to do is a good idea. 4.1 miles in 59 minutes with some ups and downs - 1,500 total feet of elevation gain. Also, 2 inches of snow.
