    Cold Monument Sunrise

Taken this morning as the sun came up over the Grand Mesa and struck the red rock cliffs of the Colorado National Monument. It was about 12 degrees out.

    C&C welcomed.

    Hey Randy

Beautiful shot, it feels cold. The red saturation is a little "crispy", but not by much.
Nice job making the foreground work with the illuminated cliff, hard to do.

    Thanks for the feedback Greg!

It's funny you mention the red saturation....I actually had to de-saturate the reds a little from what the camera picked up....they were REALLY red when the sun first struck those cliffs.
