St George Biking / Dinner this Saturday

    Hey heyyyyyy

I just got the green light to take a real quickee down to St George with the gang. I got a new bike seat with a Butt Plug, I can't wait to try. We'll be hitting some trails on Saturday and probably dinner Saturday night, then we're outta there again.

We're flying (yes, in an airplane) so it'll be a real quick trip. Who wants to ride? Who wants to grab some grub or at least say Hi? Let's meet up.

Oh.... and the Ogden boys are always late, so just get used to that.

About an hour later than what we tell everybody

But seriously.... I've never done the Stucki Springs branch of Green Valley Loop so I'm thinking about throwing that in. I love JEM but who knows, and if time is short at the end of the day, maybe Turtle Wall / Paradise Rim.

We'd love to fit 3 trails in on Saturday.

We WILL have beginners with us so we will be taking it slow. So nobody worry about being underskilled or too slow. We're planning on very casual.

Stucki has a TON of options. Depends on how much time you want to ride and if you want to hit Bear Claw or try a different route. Ever road Fasty Fast? Smooth and...well fast. Road it Sunday. Too bad I wasn't filming cuz i took a hard tumble.

Fasty Fast, huh? Is this a branch off of Stucki Springs? I've never heard of it.

@Pelon1 and I are trying to figure out when to start riding. How cold is it down there around 10 am? should we wait another hour?

Yes coming back down from the top there is a point where you can head over to Bear Claw by going left or turn right and eventually end up on this Fasty Fast. I have ridden with three different groups on Stucki and they have all taken me a different way and all of them are great routes for riding those trails.

It is 11:05 and about 43F beautiful and sunny. So if you say ride at 11 we should be on the trail by 12ish perfect.

no no no... 10 is fine... blueeyes did the math wrong. 10 + (sombeech * number of people) = 1pm

Yes, but you've got the wrong variable.

X * number of people ..... Sombeech does NOT equal X. That's somebody else

So... shall we say Stucki Springs at 11:00 on Saturday? And yes, we really should be able to make that timeline, I think it's breakfast that usually delays us

I just cut a hole in my shorts for the plug, I'm so excited! Since I've never done Stucki Springs, do we meet at the same bottom trailhead for Bear Claw Poppy? And then an out and back?
