    New Years Eve Ride

Had to get another ride in with this dry weather. I brought my boy along and Dave brought his new specialized.

this was the first time I had shuttled the bonneville shoreline trail, but was happy to do so while hauling my son behind me.

So was it all nice and clear and dry like the pics looked? Nice ride!

Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

Yeah the trail was pretty dry, a couple of mud spots but not the cake mud. A few frozen tire grooves that you didn't want to get your tire wedged in while going fast.

I don't think we went through any snow at all.

I rode it new years day and it was in great shape. Still frozen when I went around 10 am.
Still trying to get in riding shape.

I called in sick today and made it up on the trail around 1:00 and it was pretty sweet! Definitely not bad for January, Ryan would have probably been in his sleeveless jersey on a day like today.

Chris, it was a little cold on the downhill but I will try a sleeveless jersey on Wed or Thurs. Haha

Beech your kid is ADORABLE!!! I loved taking Spencer at that age riding. Crazy that you guys are riding that trail this time of year. It really needs to snow.
