    My 2011 Video Portfolio

For lack of a better title, I've had a little downtime between biking, boating, and boarding, so I threw some clips together from my 2011 footage

All filmed on the GoPro of course

    Hell Yeah!
How can you have your non-dairy pudding substitute if you don't eat your wok-braised tofu?

Thanks, it's a little long still though, I'm convinced that 3 minutes is the max a video clip should be, but I had @ 45 hours of footage to cut down.

So I settled with 4 minutes.

I don't think it's too long. It was a nice variety. In general though, 3 is the magic number.

Well dang, maybe I jumped the gun a bit, I've filmed a few videos since this in 2011 still. Oh well.

Hey, the pole extension thing you were using; is that just a home-made thing? Does it have a stabilization device?

It's a trekking pole with the gopro seat post mount clamped on to it.

    I loved it all!

The glassy waterskiing footage at 1:15 looked awesome!

Where is that narrow fin you biked across at 1:27? I sucked a little seat just watching it...

Thanks for all 4 min and 10 secs--looks like a great year!

1:27 is the lookout point at the end of the South rim trail, Gooseberry Mesa. I have an old pic of me riding a wheelie with snow on the rocks in the same exact spot. You fall you die. The wind was unuasually strong at the time of this video, I opted out and Justin pulled it off smoothly.

Thanks, the waterskiing is at Willard Bay, most of the wakesurfing is at Pineview Reservoir.

That little crack is right here on Gooseberry Mesa. I was a little light headed and not thinking clearly. I don't know if I'd do it again.

    Here's that spot:
