Same canyon, different experiences - The Squeeze

    Post-Shenanigans aftermath in Ray's

Not a great picture, but we spent 30 minutes looking for the Angel's Landing trailhead. I've done that trail a dozen times. It was a pretty inauspicious beginning to Imlay.

Havasupai is in a canyon. Close enough?

I LOVE that first pic, "SCDE".

technically it's in havasu canyon, looks like those guys are within a few hundred yards of the colorado river. havasupai is the name of the village (and the tribe), but the canyon is havasu, fwiw.

Actually, as I recall, the village is Supai, the tribe is havasupai and the canyon is Havasu. Crazy! .. . . . "Good though!"
Any way you name it, it's paradise.

Angela in Upper Stair Canyon 05/19. Had to exit shortly after, facing a 15ft drop we couldn't downclimb.

May not be the best photo around, but I just liked the mood this conveyed.
Taken in U-turn route in Arches NP in May of 2011. From right to left, myself,
son Shaun, daughter-in-law Lyndsi, and friend, Art. My wife took the photo.

Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.
