    My wife came home last night and said that there were tents setup somewhere. She was shaking her head. I just don't get it either. I guess there is a TV for some insane price somewhere. You wont find me at these sales...I keep my distance. But to each his own. Who gets after it and what deals are you getting?

    I don't do Black Friday. I'd be bashing folks in the stores because I just don't like crowds and/or being around ass-hat shoppers. I'd rather pay a bit more (cause I'm a 10%'er <do I get cross-thread points?> ) to avoid the nut-jobs.

    My Christmas shopping is all done.... it took about 30 minutes on the web while I was drinking my morning coffee...

    I think I may have gotten a little confused with the directions to Walmart.. but my black Friday morning was very enjoyable
    Tacoma Said - If Scott he asks you to go on a hike, ask careful questions like "Is it going to be on a trail?" "What are the chances it will kill me?" etc. Maybe "Will there be sack-biting ants along the way?"

    I saw this video last night and said the same thing: those people, and that woman in particular, do NOT need to be eating waffles! Go get a pair of running shoes and some pants that fit, fatty!

    These holiday shopping videos are like watching train wrecks in action: disturbing to watch, but yet, I can't look away!

    Our black Friday consisted of an 8-hr drive back from Phoenix, so none of that insane shopping b/s for us. Besides, everyone is getting handmade stuff this year, so I don't have to brave the mobs to buy cheap crap made in China.

    I have found that buying electronics is prime time in January. People have lots of returns or exchanges and stores wanna move that product.

    I got a returned Sony Bravia LCD 42" 1080p 120Hz at Best Buy for $500 2 years ago and it was only 2 weeks old.

    I'd love to see it happen, for a couple of minutes.
    I'd laugh my ass of I think, and then run like hell...

    In the Netherlands we don't have people this crazy about shopping (I hope and think).
    Still I see the same greed making people crazy over here, as soon as something is cheap.
    Whether they need it or not, they prefer to have as much as possible of it just because it is cheap.
    (like the 4 waffle-makers-woman-in-blue in the video).
