What Ogden needs is a Chipotle Mexican Grill!
Since Ogden is lacking a Chipotle, I'd love to suggest to the company that they open one there! But I need suggestions for sites that meet the following criteria:
General Location Needs

I've never been to Chipoltle, because I'd never pass up a Cafe Rio to go there.

I agree with everyone that Cafe Rio is much better but Chipotle is a good choice for Sunday when Cafe Rio is closed

Well since I now live 640 miles from the nearest one that's not an issue either. I think if I make it back to SLC for Xmas I am going to Cafe Rio and pull a Meg Ryan from Harry met Sally

Menu looks good...but I never heard of the place before! They haven't made it to NorCal yet.
Barbacoa and Costa Vida...also not in my area but their menus are also making me hungry! http://www.eatbarbacoa.com/ http://www.costavida.net/

Cafe rio is dog food!
Costs vida is vomit.
Chipotle is king of burritos. You just pick it up like a puppy and start eating it. No stupid tins and poofter enchilada style blah blah blah. Just a burrito the way it is meant to be. Ready to be eaten on the go. A tasty, fresh, healthy, filling and very tasty puppy.

Chipotle is primarily rice filler. Cafe rio and local restaurants are king.

I forgot about this thread! Since I've been here I have been to Cafe Rio a few times. I liked the food (though I'm not as excited about the coconut shrimp tacos as Riseforms is!), but on some of those visits they had run out of various things (and it wasn't 1 minute to closing time, either).
As for a Chipotle in Ogden... One day I stopped in the Sugar House Chipotle, and a middle-aged couple was surveying the customers. Apparently the purpose was to help determine good locations to open more Chipotles. I of course made a pitch for the Hill AFB area or Ogden.
