    American Canyoneers

It looks like the site is up and running, and we are trying to keep the momentum going. Wolf has been at work behind the scenes tackling the legal issues associated with starting a new non-profit organization. We are now looking to tackle the task of creating an interim board of directors and establishing bylaws.

If you'd like to participate in the process of nominating board members and the discussion of mission statements, please join us at www.americancanyoneers.org

I feel like the name is missing something...like a organization title like association, group, whatever. Etc.

American Canyoneers feels like a unfinished sentence to me.

"Hi, I'm part of the American Canyoneers................."

"is that some sort of club or something or merit badge?". Lol. I jest. But it really does feel its missing another piece to it. Not that my opinion matters anyways.
