While the names show an extreme lack of judgement I have a bigger problem with family services removing the kids from their parents because of the names.... If they start taking kids away from parents for lack of parental judgement there are going to be a lot more kids in foster care, which also have a problem with lack of judgement.

If the removal was only because of the names, I agree. Teaching kids to hate is protected speech.
