I just wish it would dump a little my way. I hear Cedar had a dusting. I slept so good last night it was cold in the house and I actually had to use my thick silk comforter. LOVE IT!

Average to date seasonal snowfall at Alta (town) is supposed to be 8.3" to date (despite the lateness, this storm should put them over average). Even September averages 4.3" at the town of Alta and they didn't get anything this year (at least not in town).
As of 10 AM, the highest official reading for snowfall so far in Utah is at the weather station 12 E Cedar City (meaning 12 miles east of Cedar) with 17.0 inches. In northern Utah, Snowbird had 4.0 inches at 10 AM at 8100 feet. Other readings have not been updated yet.
The storm is just reaching us (so no storm totals available yet). We just shut down our project so no work the rest of the week (which isn't really that great if you are hourly).
Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

The NWS took down the link to all the snow totals before they updated them.

I took a hike up to Lake Mary @ Brighton yesterday and found myself trucking through over knee deep snow. It definitely looked shredable...
