    Zion Swimming Hole

My favorite swimming hole in Zion is the one at the end of Pine Creek.

When I first started canyoneering Pine Creek we would often catch some of the local hotties sun bathing topless, they were alway surprised (at least they acted surprised) when we walked in the "back door" from the area they were watching.

On my last visit to Zion I noticed the place was no longer under the radar and was now very popular on a hot afternoon. Anyhoo.... enjoy the video...

I had an excellent experience there coming out of Spry earlier this summer. At least, I think that's about the same spot.

    Excellent swimming hole.

Yeah thats a good one. It seems like it's mostly the Spry and Pinecreek patrons.

Wow, I have never seen that many people there before. In fact as I recall we have always had the place to ourselves. However at the Spry exit point into Pine Creek there are always people swimming there everytime we exit the canyon.

Just found out a friend just shattered his ankle there 2 weeks ago.....guess he didn't look at the depth before jumping.

Definitely seems more popular now but we still have it to ourselves on occasion.

That's a different swimming hole. I call the one in your video the "lower swimming hole", for lack of a better name. It's also a good one. The lower swimming hole is probably a little more children friendly if you have really young kids (under 8).
