What was your Favorite Trip of 2011?

And can you believe that fall is here already?

    --

My favorite trip was a "Mancation Motorcycle Trip" to Canada and down the West Coast of the US.

    Quick stats:

    • 9 days @ 3500 miles = 389 per day
    • Moving Time = 64 HRS 27 MINS
    • 2 Countries = USA, CAN
    • 2 Provinces = British Columbia, Alberta
    • 7 States = UT, ID, MT, WA, OR, CA, NV
    • 1 Island = Vancouver Island

Distant second might be Cloud Peak (WY).
Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

For 20+ years we go somewhere with friends from NJ, this year it was to Yellowstone. We had a great time, saw a lot of wildlife did some hiking. We went in Sept. and it was near perfect, stayed in West Yellowstone and then Cooke City.
