    Panguitch to Castlerock Campground (I-70)

My brothers and I haven't been together in almost 10 years. I invited each of them to come to Utah to do a bit of riding and camping. My youngest brother is a reclusive Math teacher in the Olympia/Seattle area and my oldest is retired Air Force, now IT Tech in California.

We staged at the Panguitch KOA and proceeded North along the Casto/LimeKiln and Fremont 02 trails. En route, we ran into many folks enjoying the trails including a large group from Dallas,Tx.

Our destination was the Castlerock Campground just off I-70.

Total round trip was just over 300 miles on ATV's.

A few photos (well, MANY photos):

Stopping to refuel somewhere past Big Flat, I noticed this Tee-Pee in the middle of the woods. I have no idea how long that structure has been standing.

We noted that somebody had pulled one of the posts out (probably using a winch) along the 01 (mid-mountain) just out of Circleville.

Somehow, along the Fremont 02 heading North, my youngest brother (using his words): "Came off the ATV and rolled". The ATV came to a gentle stop without hitting anything.

My youngest brother had never fired a pistol, so we taught him how to shoot. Both my brothers pictured doing the shooting.

    Camp at the Panguitch KOA.

We were teasing my youngest brother because his white shirt was going to be brown very soon!

Awesome! Did you camp along the trail or get a motel? Great stuff so far, looking forward to more.

We hauled our tents and sleeping bags and just camped along the trail.
