Mt. Charleston and an early monring ride @ Cottonwood
We headed up to Mt. Charleston last Saturday to ride Bristlecone loop and the short section of downhill near the Robbers Roost area. Fun stuff, but the uphill was pretty brutal and long on a dirt road.
Then yesterday morning I went out for a 5:30 ride at Cottonwood. New loop for me but still fun. temps were allright till about 8. Then it started to get to hot. It was already 86 before I even started the ride and probably in the low 90's by the time I got back to the car.
Enjoy.
