    Coldwater Canyon and Sardine Peak Trails

    Had a great ride last Thursday night up near Snowbasin Resort. Coldwater Canyon has been a favorite lately, and now we can include the new trail Sardine Peak on the ride.

    Sardine Peak trail is in great condition, but pretty dusty. I hear we'll get some rain this next week so we think we'll hit it again after the dust is settled.

    Riders were
    @Sombeech
    @Ryan
    @REDFOX
    @glasscutter

    My Tracks says it's @ 9.5 miles round trip the way we went, embedded map is below.

    That was a fun ride. Sardine trail is dusty, could use some more horse pee on it. Huh
    Still trying to get in riding shape.

    Great ride, Nice to meet you Ryan. Cool video as usual Justin. I liked the shot of you steering a corner with your back tire. This is a good trail to improve some handling skills.

    Yes Figured it out, I rode it this morning! needs some water to get that dust down.

    Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

    Those slides remind me of the old flat track motocycle racers from the 70's.

    Yeah I'm wondering if it's still muddy, I was thinking of even hitting it tonight.

    I checked my tire pressure tonight. I thought that I slammed the stairs pretty hard. Front tire maxis high roller was at 12 psi. I had aired down without verifying the pressure with a gauge for my ride earlier at Deer valley. Rear tire was at 8 psi. I just put 40 psi in both tires so that I am ready for the high speed cross country trails.

    i went up last night and the trail was primo! no dust, sticky enough to hold on tight to your tires and no mud. Just what the trails needed!
