You are invited to participate in the American Canyoneering Association's Annual Rendezvous and Conference in September at the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort.

CANYONEERING RENDEZVOUS, 10-18 SEPTEMBER
Our rendezvous offer a great opportunity to discover new canyons and make new friends; to share ideas and information; and to learn new skills and techniques from other canyoneers. During the rendezvous volunteers organize canyoneering trips each day, intended for canyoneers of various skill levels. Other rendezvous activities typically include: skills workshops, gear demos, slide and film presentations, gear swaps, door prizes and raffles.

CANYONEERING CONFERENCE, 15-17 SEPTEMBER
The American Canyoneering Association and Southern Utah University are teaming up to present the ACA/SUU Canyoneering Conference as part of the ACA Canyoneering Rendezvous. Anyone with an interest in canyoneering is encouraged to attend. The Conference will include a series of break-out sessions, panel discussions, guest speakers and social time. Participants will have many opportunities to meet and exchange ideas and information with others who are involved in this exciting, fast-growing adventure sport.

All Canyoneering Conference attendees are invited to participate in the ACA's Canyoneering Rendezvous. Rendezvous participation is included in the conference fee.

CALL FOR CONFERENCE PRESENTERS AND FACILITATORS
If you are able to present or facilitate a topic related to canyoneering, please let us know. If you are not able to serve as a presenter or facilitator, but have a topic in mind that you believe should be addressed during the conference, let us know and we will consider having a member of the ACA staff present it.

CANYON FILM FESTIVAL & MUSICAL GUESTS
We are pleased to announce the first ever canyoneering film festival, 15-17 September, as part of the Canyoneering Rendezvous & Conference. We will be screening canyoneering films submitted from around the world. Submit your videos on DVD to: Canyons & Crags, 148 North 100 west, Cedar City Utah 84720; or send a link to your YouTube or Vimeo video to rendezvous@canyoneering.net

Blues guitarist, Dick Ericksen will play for us on 10 September, 7:00-10:00 PM. Guitarist, Steve Swift will play for us on 17 September, 7:00-10:00 PM.

The Canyon Film Festival and musical entertainment are free and open to the public. Rendezvous registration not required.
