Could anyone use permit for 3 to CBN/The Wave July 31?

In my infinite (lack of) wisdom, when I saw there were permits available for July 31, I bought 3 of them (I check every month on the 15th just in case), not thinking that it would likely be... warmer than I'm comfortable with I was cleaning my desk this morning and found the envelope which I had spaced on..

I'm going to try to get them for November and/or December. Had a great time in January, but was limited by my out of shapedness in what I could see, and by the complete lack of clouds in the quality of photographs..
