Broads Fork, 2010'

It was the middle of June, 2010, and I found myself with a late start at the S turn in Big Cottonwood Canyon. I don't think I decided what to hike until crossing the bridge to the parking lot, but concluded on Broads Fork and angled to the right for the trail.

After a brief false start on a lower trail ( it had been a while) I was climbing through the thick forest on the correct path. It was a great hike, there was a couple Moose to keep me company here and there, only a few other hikers, and plenty of wildflowers to photograph.
