heya,

posting cause I'm a newbie (here).

Most def not a newbie in the outdoors.

Me an avid backpacker/explorer, 20yrs exp (31yo) backpacker with a hybrid luxUL method and JMT, Rainier, Burke, Skyline, WMW, Sawtooth, Pasayten + under my belt.

Been backpacking and testing gear for years.

Profession - I am a musician and sound designer (ping me if you need some cutting edge sound for your site, commercial, etc.) Got my degree in music composition and tech in WA state and have been practicing for 10yrs.

Not much into hunting, but live and let live, (meaning juss don't poach and treat'm with respect!). I do fish for alpine (dumb) trout and Salmon in the PacNW (less dumb).

I live in Seattle, born in Olympia, WA and have run the ranks from scouts to Solo adventurer so, if you see me around here, feel free to ping me with questions about the ONP or other WA areas etc., and thanks for the site, going to dive in right now!

Sounds like you have some great experience! Welcome to Bogley.

I just finished a motorcycle trip and stayed along the way (camped) in Olympic National park at Crescent Lake. Beautiful area!
