I've been there! That is Stephen's Gap Cave near Scottsboro, AL.
It is around a 140' rappel. What the picture doesnt show too is the awesomely large horizontal entrance directly to the photographers right:

(I apparently am too new to post links)
So just like a canyon, you hike to the top, rappel down and walk out. No climbing involved ;-)
There definitely are some insanely beautiful caves around here.
