Any idea what the snow level is like up on Boulder Mountain?

We've decided to abandon our Kings Peak trip and go elsewhere and we're strongly considering some trails in the Boulder Mountain area. Any idea what it looks like up there right now?

We were up there first weekend in June. Click here to view my trip report.

There was patches in the trees at Deer Creek Lake, but for the most part it was almost all gone. With the recent temps, I am sure it is all gone by now.

Thanks, Dr. I read your report. It was good. What part of Boulder Mountain were you on? We're thinking of going to the southeast. What are the fishing biting on?

We were on a section of the great western trail, which is foot travel only. Deer Creek Lake, and Chriss Lake. Call the Escalante Ranger District for the Dixie National Forest for conditions up there. I was using mayflies and my buddy was working a leach.
