Mueller Park

Rode Mueller and North Canyon this morning. Kern River is putting in a pipe line so you can not make the loop. I rode up both sides to the pipeline and back down. Talked to a Forest Service guy up there and got the skinny on the trail. Back in the 60's there was some right a way problem and a Member of the Bountiful Jeep Posse who owned the property allowed the right a way on the condition that motorcycles would be allowed for time and all eternity.Also rode up Ward Canyon (Buckland) to the top. Amazing how much snow is still everywhere. Found out from the same Ranger that I broke the law up there by going passed Buckland. The trail above Buckland is closed until sometime in July. Suppose to be a $170 ticket but he liked me. Nice early morning ride rolled out at 5:45am. Tried to hit Farmington but the gate is closed on the bridge at the bottom. Same Ranger said the road has sluffed off a little up high and they have no money cause Obama has taken it all away. Has no idea when it will be opened. Sorry no pictures never slowed down.
