    X-Men: First Class

i'm celebrating my first trip of june. i went and saw a movie last night... take it easy, but those of us on the disabled list gotta celebrate the small things.

anyways, went and saw X-Men: First Class. it's not often i see a movie i truly enjoy, but that movie was excellent! loved the character development of magneto and xavier.

won't say much more, but a damn good movie. that is all.

My wife and I went and saw last weekend too. two thumbs up! My only complaint was the CG/makeup on Beast and the little mini tornadoes. Didn't look that real and kinda low budget in after effects or something. But very minor complaints. Solid story, makes some great points to think about. I'm solidly with Magneto's crew, hehe. But you really saw where both sides where coming from, and it portrayed Magneto and Xavier as the titans they were/are. Also, great performance from Kevin Bacon haven't seen him for a while.

Oh and the cameo appearance from Wolverine is epic!!!!!

I told my wife I would take her to an Imax to see the next Harry Potter and she doesn't want to hit a movie until then.... She won't go with me to see X Men: First Class

**whisper** The funny part about that is that I do know several ladies that would go and not even think about it.... But, if that were to happen my wife would find a way to cash in on the 1.2 Million in life insurance
