But... you have obviously not seen the REAL Spidey at work, in the canyons.

    MY spidey? He's already married....
Apparently, shouting "remix" when someone with a stutter talks is frowned upon.

c'mon, spidey is well known in the canyoneering community. the REAL spidey is the guy who did sandthrax solo in an hour, batmans up 75 foot overhanging rappels hand over hand, and throws potshots a country mile, and we've not even mentioned the unmentionables... his username is spidey on bogley. spidey is spidey. chabidiah is chabidiah, lest there be any confusion...

for comedy's sake... this whole thread seems eerily similar to this one, when the wet blanket DID make an appearance. also, monti-dan video doing his best spidey impression, looks awfully familiar....

Honestly there was a little man to man cuddling together for warmth on that trip but I wasn't personally involved, but I just said "my spidey" to make it clear who I was refering to. I guess I could have said chabidiah. As for Carpey's statement "also, monti-dan video doing his best spidey impression, looks awfully familiar...." awfully familiar however, awfully shorter too. Dan from Monti only did 1/3 of the traverse.

I don't think anyone is trying to replace the real Spidey. Maybe they were just unaware that there is another named Spidey who posts on Bogley.
    The man thong is wrong.

Gotta love stealth rubber.. That was an awesome canyon, it was exciting to be able to try out some ghosting techniques.

Aw.....the memories. Good times for sure! I had to listen to my brother bitch the whole way home about how hard the squeeze was and how dan told him it was a short day!

On a side not my brother hasn't talked to me for 2 years. He's still mad about a long hard dirt bike trip a few years ago.

We need to get together again for sure!

C'mon Nelson. At least PRETEND that you're an adult.

As you know I'm a little rough around the edges and a bit crass sometimes. Just a bit of humor, no intention to offend.

I wish I could have made it! It certainly would have been fun. The whole job/alaska thing is keeping me busy.

I still can't believe you guys went down there and didn't do the squeeze.
