    A suggestion....note the rope grooves on the rap?. Nothing to do about it with the way the slope rolls over, except find another anchor spot. Please note the two people in picture number 4 of this album.

    Note the bushes straight up toward the top of the picture from their location? There are deep rooted and stunted trees and bushes that make excellent anchors there and the drop is pretty straight down so no grooving. Less webbing needed there too. The rap is a bit shorter than the one displayed in the video. A community service would be ....someone remove the old anchor sling and move it to my suggested location. From the video, I am guessing their rap is just a little bit upcanyon of my suggested location.

    Nice video. Cool canyon. However, Tom, I have this one: jumping, running, and no helmets!

    Grooves were pretty bad, but we left the 200 ft rope there at the first rap to be picked up after and only took the 100 ft with us thru the canyon...
