    Robbers Roost water availability

I am spending a week backpacking the Robbers Roost canyons (May 14-20) and have not done a lot of desert camping and was wondering if anyone knows what the water situation in the canyons is like? I would like to set a base came next to some drinking water.
    Thanks!!!!!!!

Did it in Mar 2002 during a rain storm, so we had lot's of water, there was a nice little flowing creek about 50-75 feet away. We went up the main canyon after crossing the Dirty Devil.

There is a fair bit of water in Robbers Roost and it's tributaries. However, there have been cattle in there so absolutely filter everything. There is a spring not far from the mouth of RR in the south fork in a very short side canyon, almost more of an alcove. There is plenty of water up further near White Roost as well.
