Controlled Burn
I thought this was pretty cool...
How can you have your non-dairy pudding substitute if you don't eat your wok-braised tofu?

I was a firefighter back in 06-08 in St. George and here is a POV that my buddy and I did, when we did a backburn on the Jarvis fire (Utah hill). Loud and intense!

yeah...the last time they did a "controlled burn" here at Bandelier National Monument, 330 homes burned down and the entire county had to be evacuated...
