    Sunday Morning Fun

I admit that I do enjoy Sunday mornings. One reason is because it's the day that I get to make breakfast in bed for my wife Kimberly.

I'm no gormet chef, so it's nothing fancy, but here's this morning's masterpiece:

Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

No; actually I am the lucky one. She actually does far more for me than I could ever hope to do for her. Things like this are just small tokens of my appreciation and love for her and I enjoy and have fun doing them.

I just learned that heart-shaped eggs are more challenging than heart-shaped pancakes!

Here is this mornings weekly breakfast in bed for beautiful Kimberly:

Actually, I used something similar (different brand). Believe it or not, it's harder than it looks. Even with cooking spray, the eggs like to stick in the mold and are hard to turn. The above photo I poasted was try #3 (I ate the first two messed up ones myself). I think got it all figured out though.

I was going to do that, but ran out of time. I'll try next time.

Bummer. I'm out of town this week, so I didn't get to make breakfast in bed for my wonderful wife this morning.

On the plus side, when I leave town she leaves a love letter in my suitcase. I hang them on my wall at work, but pretty soon I'm going to need a bigger office since my office wall is almost full.

Beautiful Kimberly usually only gets breakfast in bed once every weekend, but this weekend, she'll get it twice. This is this morning's breakfast.

Now, I'll have to figure out what to do tomorrow. Hmmmmm......
