    Frary Peak 2-19-11

    Hiked Frary Peak today with a buddy and my 4 year old son. My son had it about a mile or so and then got packed the rest of the way. Needless to say, I got my workout in for the day. We saw a handfull of people on the trail. About half the way up we got into the clouds and the wind was really blowing when the trail neared the ridgeline. It was literally blowing me off the trail and me packing my son didn't help either. After the halfway point visibility was very limited with the clouds opening up every once in a while. When we got to the summit the weather was starting to get a little better. By the time we got half way back to the Jeep the weather had really cleared up. A few pics
