I swear it would take me longer to get the 46" blower mounted up on the old Craftsman yard tractor than it does to do all of the shoveling for a entire year.
It came with the tractor. Once upon a time, I worked out how to mount it but didn't bother finishing the job. It's too wide for my sidewalk and would clear my 40 foot driveway in seven or eight passes. Half an hour to get it out and started and 5 minutes later I'd be putting it away.
I should sell it.
I deserve a new tractor.seen all good people turn their heads each day so satisfied I'm on my way...

Winterize Your Family Wonderland
I thought snowblowers would be in the $150 range (not that I've ever checked). I guess maybe I won't buy one.
Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

Wow......glad I've been down south this winter. I have NOT missed this kind of snow this year. I am also blessed to have neighbors in my area who have "Tool Time" type snow blowers and they go around and try to outdo each other! They have been kind enough to watch my house and keep my driveway/sidewalks cleared since I left, but they have always cleared my drive since I moved to this house a few years ago. I am surrounded by people who are retired. They start before daylight, but you won't ever hear me complain!
Never regret anything that made you smile!

It's amazing how many of those macho snow shoveling men have heart attacks, because the macho is mostly in their heads rather than their bodies.
The tool time blower is not a bad idea most of the time.
My 10 year old likes to shovel the snow. We built a basketball court in the back yard though, so that get first shoveling priority! The boys (and my girls) must play ball! The girls LOVE to play, but my boys (and grandsons) LIVE to play!
