    Zion Desert Bighorns

Took these yesterday on the East side. Used my 120-400, several with a 1.4 Kenko.
I was usually on the long end of this lens, even with the Teleconverter at 560mm.

Very nice! Day before christmas one was just standing in the road and would not move, but of course I did not have a camera.

    Thanks Tanya.
Usually I'm un-prepared, yesterday I did have my big lens in the bag.

Awww....very cool! I love the "four-pack" of young 'uns in the second photo - so cute!

Great shots, and lucky day that you saw them during a planned trip with your tele gear. Normally, these sightings seem to happen when all you've got is the wide-angle zoom .

Ha, glad you caught them. I took a ride up there on Saturday and didn't any.
