Can Anyone Provide the Location of This Canyon?

I'm trying to find the exact location of a little known slot canyon at Lake Powell upstream from Bullfrog perhaps near the mouth of Moki Canyon. I think its on or near the mail channel. The canyon is shown in a YouTube video and is referred to as "Ape's Crack". Since this is my first post I can't post the link here but you can see it if you go to YouTube and search using these words: "bromooresclass lake powell 2010".

The footage of the slot canyon starts about 1 minute into video.

    Any help would be appriciated!

    Thanks,

    Rick

No. I still can't post the link but if you go to YouTube and then add to the URL: /watch?v=-CrAV6sLLnw you will see it.

I'm guessing it's a hundred or couple hundred yard slot...probably similar to the "Little Narrows" at Pioneer Park in St. George.

Don't know where it is...although I bet Kelsey's boating book would have it.

Yes, it looks short. I have Kelsey's Boater's Guide to Lake Powell (Editions 2, and 5) and it's not in either. I don't believe its a well known slot.

You're almost there. You must have a minimum of 5 posts to post a link.
