Do you Ski or Snowboard?

Just a general poll to see some numbers. I started skiing and will still ski once in a while, but I've mainly been snowboarding for @17 years.

Been wanting to go for quite a few years, never went in my younger years from restrictions from sports. Am planning on getting out this year to try it out.

Just a general poll to see some numbers. I started skiing and will still ski once in a while, but I've mainly been snowboarding for @17 years.

I used to ski when I was like 8 yrs old. But kind of was not into it after doing it for a few years. I hate hard boots. They are murder on your feet. And skiing was always painful lateral movement on my knees. Then I started skating in Jr High, and then snowboards started showing up around the shops. We used to go to the local park and try to make turns down hills. I wish I had video of back then. Pure comedy for sure. I had an old winterstick swallow tail that I wore Sorels in and was lucky I did not face plant it trying to learn to do toe side turns.

LOL, I learned to snowboard on an old Craig Kelly snowboard and sorels. Still have the board :D

I used to wear Sorels too. When they came out with actual snowboarding boots I was like WTF.

Tried a burton when they first came out and yes in sorels....said never again......but I also like to free heel it!
