That was a great ride and perfect temps. I would have to agree that this is my favorite as well. City creek would be a close second and I can't wait to ride the rim trail and Barrel trail maybe this Thanksgiving holiday.

Great looking trails! Maybe when hunting season is over I will give them a try.

Ahh man! It always pisses me off when Shawn just cruzes through the spots I have to walk. technical god/bastard he is.
Nice pics man, looks like you guys had fun. I especially like the rebar cattle stoppers they set up on that trail. Really good idea and doesn't interrupt the ride.Your safety is not my responsibility.

Scott if you like Barrel Roll you will love Stucki Springs the one I was telling you guys about. It is my new favorite trail down here. And you catch the bottom half of the Green Valley loop on the way down. Fast, fun and flowy!!

Had to read up on Rim Rock... last Thursday when we got stuck on Stucki Springs the chain broke twice on my friends bike, brand new chain! I was noticing a trail that headed off over towards Barrel Roll and thought to myself "got to check that one out"
I will probably check it out soon and will report back if I remember to bring the camera. There are a lot of trails over that way. Lots of exploring to do!Chere'

I liked the rebar cattle stoppers. I was wondering what they were for. I thought that they were poorly designed ramps. I was able to catch some air off of the second cattle guard with some good speed. As for the technical spots on this trail, Scott and I rode it pretty fast not really paying much attention to the more trickey parts. He stayed ahead of me with just enough time to sneak that snapshot.
