Slots or Not? Report on Glen Canyon Institute's 15th Anniversary Event

Jenny was too shy to post this wonderful bit of writing over here... so I am helping her out. Tom

    Slots? Or Not!
Report on Glen Canyon Institute's 15th Anniversary Event (sort of) & Jenny Speak on Topic (totally)

"[But] there are 125, maybe more, canyons from Hite to Lee's Ferry. All of 'em had grottos, water, running streams, fascinating, beautiful, heavenly, incredible places. Some of 'em were tiny little fluted canyons. (And that's another thing: If I get the guy that started calling those things "slots"

    Tom,
Thanks for your "support" of my shy side (HA!) I saw this as no longer being a CURRENT event. Not the issue, or the not-flowing current in Glen Canyon (pun intended), but the GCI's event was a while back. I saw a web report from a Deseret News source but nothing else. So, maybe it is still "news". No news is ....still news....if it's late?

    James,
Isn't this a copyright infringement? This true?, "I say drain that mo-fo in the name of canyoneering!"
Either way, drop some coin (hope you at least read a bit while looking for nude photos?) to one of these links:
    www.glencanyon.org/
    www.glencanyon.org/katielee/katiestore.php
    (note the poster runs $25!)

Believe me , you want Katie Lee on YOUR side!

James, I think the Glen Canyon Institute would be much happier if you posted it like this (click on the poster and it's a link! Coolness!):

It's a very cool poster. I've seen it before, quite some time ago. Nice to know more about it.

She sounds like quite an amazing person.

Another book of hers, All My Rivers are Gone, is totally awesome. HIGHLY recommended.

Maybe a new thread here: Tom's Book Reviews. That is two for two; ordered and on the way! I "won" Katie Lee's other three books at the Great Old Broad's Auction ending last night. Thanks for your donation(s) to that great cause.
Great, not really. Old; yes. Broad, yes but not in width,
