Interesting Article on Minimal Footwear.
Well I assume it's interesting. I didn't actually read it as I've read way too much about this subject lately. I have seen a couple of people mention such things though.

Thanks, good read. 9 pages of text, though. It will be fun to watch over the years as more studies happen (I mean scientific compared to anecdotal evidence) about this.
