I just checked my bill. I pay $32.20 each month. I've been with them for about 2 years. I originally signed up for phone and internet service for $60 a month, but dropped the phone service and went with their lowest speed internet.

Gotcha...last time I talked to them they didn't have it that low...I wonder if they don't raise rates for those that have already signed in at a certain price...either way, time to give them a call and let them know I've got a "friend" with them paying that amount and I want the same :)

I am in Orem and I get a 40ms ping to the SLC test server and 160ms ping to the Provo test server

since all these rates can vary a bit for a single person, it's worth taking many samples within a short period of time as well as at different times of day and/or on different days and then taking an average

Not too bad when your ISP lives a block away and I can text him any time I want. I get these numbers consistently. No high's or low's when others are on or off.
Down - 9.47
Up - 4.30
Ping - 84
EDIT: I thought that ping was a little high. two tests done with Ping: at 15ms
