Climbing 13ers
Starting on the Colorado Hundred Highest list aftger completing all the 14ers ... anyone climbing any 13ers on that list and is looking for a climbing partner let me know. I'm in Colorado Springs.

Glad to see you getting off the 14ers - everybody thinks they have to do them first, but they're all so crowded. Word of advice on the 13ers, don't go after top 100, then top 200, etc. By now, face it, you're hooked. You'll never stop climbing. Go after the 13ers by quad. Go into an area and climb everything over 13,000 in site. That way, you won't be running as much back and forth across the state. We didn't figure this out until we got past the top 200. Should have started much earlier. Only 46 left to go - maybe two more seasons. You'll love the 13ers, especially when you get past the top 200. You will see far more wildlife and while 100 people are sitting on the summit across the valley from you on some 14er, you'll have your summit all to yourself.
