Trachyte Creek

I plan on being along Trachyte Creek 10.14-17. pack in 10.14 and camp on benches east of the Trachyte/Woodruff junction. pack out 10.17. never been down here before and want to hike out to the Hite benchmark as well as check out/descend what look like a couple possibly technical slots.

october is definitely a go. i try to get out either thanksgiving or x.mas time every year, not sure if that will happen or not this year. if either one winds up a go i'll drop you a line, especialy november.

i really want to hike out to the hog bm there above marinus canyon, and maybe go down marinus as well after seeing your tr, but i've never been in lower trachyte. couple of those canyons look like they may slot some. we'll see...
