Have Subway permit for 4 Sunday 9/12
But only two hikers!
The other couple bailed on us. So here's the deal.
My husband and I are occasional day hikers, once upon a time avid rock climbers.
We have just started getting out again though, after becoming breeders 3 years
ago. We've never canyoneered, excepting a jaunt up Kanarra with rug rats
attached to our backs. That tiny slot really whetted my appetite for a kid-free
weekend and a technical canyon.
We are by no stretch hard core hikers, but I doubt we'll slow most people down either.
Since we have so much experience on the rock I am fairly unconcerned with
navigating the technical aspects, but having access to more knowledge and
experience is always a bonus.
If another couple (married, two friends, any other arrangement) would like to
tag along on our permit I'd love to have the company and a car at the trail end
would be a HUGE plus!
Reply if you're interested.
Thanks!
Katy
