I think it's Hell Roaring Lake (Sawtooth Mountains), but it's been several years now so I am not 100% sure.
One thing I am 100% sure on is that that is the Finger of Fate in the background (upper right).Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth. Please take care of it and keep the remaining wild areas in pristine condition. The world will be a better place if you do.

Hints to narrow it down: This one is actually along a popular trail within a national park. The feature where Kessler is walking is a well known and named feature (which is what I am looking for as an answer). In front of him (and out of sight) is a well-known cave.Utah is a very special and unique place. There is no where else like it on earth.
