hit the gym everday i can during the week, hit the weights first, followed by an hour of raquetball or if no raquetball I will hit the elliptical for 45-60 min. concentrate mainly on free- weights, nothing out of the ordinary for golds. I occasionally do spin, and am know to do body pump if I want a full body ass kickin.
Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

I start off with 1000 push ups. Gives the 9 inch guns a DEEP burn. Then I walk by the pool in my speedo so the ladies can get an eyeful. Finish off the workout by hanging out naked in the men's locker room for 45 minutes doing power squats. It was really fantastic to do the exercise everyday. There are lots of benefit of this. which gives the energy for the muscles and keep the body stable and also good for the health.

Well i go 3 days a week to the gym and two times in those days for 2 hours almost...
