Reports that the minor pothole, just past the one "in canyon" rappel in Egypt 2,
has scoured out in recent flooding. It is a full swimmer of undetermined depth
and still well below the lip. It surrenders to pack tossing but is quite
challenging for solo adventurer's.

The water in the Egypt's, Chop, Neon, Harris and Death Hollow are abundant and
very nice color of green and often quite clear. The roads are pretty beat up,
but passable. The frequency of floods this summer is making an impression on the
locals.

If we go this weekend, which we may not do after keeping an eye on what the weather is doing, would you think the water is cold enough in Neon for a wetsuit?
